Videitos ("Videitos", "we", "us") is an AI video generation service operated by Alien Software LLC, available at videitos.click. It turns images into short videos and delivers them to the cloud storage folders you connect. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.
• Your content. The images you upload or that we pick up from the storage folders you explicitly connect, the prompts and template settings you write, and the videos generated from them.
• Storage integrations. When you connect Dropbox or Google Drive we store OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) and metadata (file names, paths) for the folders you choose. We only access the folders you select as sources or destinations.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store transaction records (amount, credits granted, timestamps) but never your card number.
• Usage information. Job history, credit transactions, pages visited, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type). If you arrive from a campaign or referral link, we record its UTM parameters and the referring page to understand how people find Videitos.
• Cookies. We use cookies for signing you in (session), security (CSRF), and your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• To provide the service: generate your videos, deliver them to your folders, track job progress, and manage your credit balance.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.
• To improve the product and understand how users discover it.
• To send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, service notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

AI processing

To generate a video we send your input image and prompt to our AI generation providers — Runway, and through it the model you choose (for example Google Veo or Seedance). We send only what is needed to produce your video, and their processing of that content is governed by their own terms and policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run Videitos: Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Runway (video generation), and our email delivery provider.
• Services you connect: Dropbox and Google Drive receive the videos we deliver to your folders, under your own agreements with them.
• Clients you authorize: if you add Videitos to Claude or create an API key, that client can act on your account until you revoke its access. Your conversations with Claude are governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements, if we are required to by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Videos delivered to your own storage are yours and stay there regardless of your Videitos account. You can disconnect Dropbox or Google Drive at any time from the integrations page, revoke Claude or API access from your settings, and request deletion of your account and its data by emailing support@videitos.click.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Storage access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@videitos.click from the address associated with your account.

Children

Videitos is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
