Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Videitos, the AI video generation service available at videitos.click and operated by Alien Software LLC ("Videitos", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Videitos.
1. The service
Videitos turns images and text prompts into short AI-generated videos and delivers them to the Dropbox or Google Drive folders you connect. You can use it through the web app, Studio, the chat interface, the Claude & ChatGPT connectors, or the REST API. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.
Videitos is a request-processing and orchestration service. We receive your prompts and media, submit generation jobs to third-party AI providers (for example Runway, Google, and others), track their status, and deliver the outputs back to you. We do not develop, train, or operate those underlying models ourselves.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email, connected clients, and API keys secure. You can revoke a connected client or API key at any time from your settings.
3. Credits and payments
- Videitos is prepaid: you buy credits (processed by Stripe) and each video costs credits at the rates shown before you generate it.
- Credits are reserved when a generation starts and automatically returned to your balance if it fails technically or is canceled before completion.
- A generation that completes successfully consumes credits even if you are not satisfied with the creative result (see section 7).
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional credits may carry their own conditions and may expire.
- Credit purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or we choose to grant one — if something went wrong, write to support@videitos.click and we will make it right.
- We may change credit rates and pricing going forward; the price shown at the time of purchase or generation is the one that applies.
4. Storage and retention
- Videitos temporarily stores the images you upload and the videos the service generates (inputs and outputs) in our cloud infrastructure.
- Those files are automatically deleted after 30 days from when they were uploaded or generated.
- Videos delivered to your Dropbox or Google Drive remain in your account with that provider; Videitos does not delete them there.
- If you generate a video without a destination folder (for example, only in chat), you must download it within 30 days or it will be removed from Videitos servers.
- Your job history, credits, and metadata may be kept longer; this policy applies only to media files stored on Videitos infrastructure.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of the images and prompts you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to operate the service — including sending them to our AI providers to generate your videos.
- You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.
- As between you and Videitos, the generated videos are yours, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Videitos to create or process content that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
- sexualizes or exploits minors in any way (zero tolerance — reported and terminated immediately);
- impersonates a real person in a deceptive way, including non-consensual deepfakes;
- harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- violates the usage policies of our AI providers.
We may refuse to process content, remove it, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. You also agree not to probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or to resell it without our written consent.
7. AI-generated content
All video and image generation runs on third-party AI models and APIs. The creative result — including quality, accuracy, likeness, motion, audio, continuity, and whether the output matches your intent — is determined by those providers, not by Videitos.
If a job finishes successfully but the video looks wrong to you (for example glitches, odd motion, wrong subject, bad framing, or simply not what you imagined), that is not a failure of Videitos' processing service. We do not guarantee artistic or technical quality, and we are not responsible for unsatisfactory outputs from third-party models.
AI output can contain errors and artifacts, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other users. Review videos before using them commercially. Videitos does not guarantee that generated content is fit for any particular purpose or compliant with the rules of the platforms where you publish it. Refunds or credit returns for completed jobs are at our discretion except where required by law.
8. Third-party services
Dropbox, Google Drive, Stripe, Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and our AI providers are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their models, outputs, outages, policy changes, or pricing, and their availability can affect features of Videitos.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Videitos is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored in third-party services.
10. Termination
You can stop using Videitos and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case, remaining promotional credits are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content rights, disclaimers, liability limits) survive it.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the date above, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
